Title and Summary

Manager, Product Analysis – HR/P&C Products

The Manager, Product Analysis leads the execution of product analysis and delivery activities across HR and P&C product domains, ensuring high-quality requirements, system configuration, and release outcomes across Workday and other HR systems.

This role combines hands-on execution with team leadership, overseeing a team of Sr. Specialists while partnering closely with Product Managers/Directors, HR stakeholders, Engineering, and enterprise systems teams.

The role is responsible for ensuring work is well-defined, consistently executed, and delivered with quality across the full product lifecycle, including requirements, configuration, QA, demos, UAT, and release activities.

Opportunity & Role Mission

This role provides the opportunity to help scale a high-performing HR Product Analysis function supporting integrated core HR experiences across Workday and a broader ecosystem of HR platforms.

You will ensure product delivery is structured, repeatable, and high quality, while supporting and guiding a team of analysts responsible for detailed execution.

Your leadership will enable consistent delivery outcomes by driving clarity of requirements, quality of system configuration, integration alignment, and rigor across testing and release processes.

What You’ll Do

Lead and manage a team of Sr. Specialists (L7), providing direction, coaching, and oversight of day-to-day delivery activities

Ensure team outputs meet quality standards across requirements, system configuration, testing, demos, and UAT execution

Document and/or oversee documentation of business requirements, user stories, workflows, and system/configuration needs in partnership with Product Managers and stakeholders

Guide and support system configuration and low-/no-code changes (including Workday and other HR platforms) within established standards and governance

Partner with Engineering to ensure integration-related requirements, validation, and issue resolution are properly supported across systems

Oversee execution of test scripts, QA validation, demo readiness, and release deployment activities

Ensure effective planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including stakeholder alignment, defect management, and approvals

Provide oversight for day-to-day support, issue triage, and resolution coordination, ensuring timely and effective outcomes

Maintain and enforce standards for documentation, including process flows, configuration details, test artifacts, and release materials

Ensure consistent demo and stakeholder review practices to validate functionality and readiness

Identify and drive improvements in delivery processes, team efficiency, system usage, and user experience

Partner across HR, Product, Engineering, and technology teams to ensure alignment, delivery consistency, and adoption at scale

What You Bring

Experience in product analysis, business analysis, or HR technology, with demonstrated leadership or Managery responsibilities

Strong hands-on experience with Workday configuration (e.g., business processes, reporting, Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, & Benefits), plus familiarity with other HR platforms

Experience operating in multi-system environments, including coordination with Engineering on integrations

Proven experience overseeing or executing full product delivery lifecycles (requirements through release, including QA, demos, and UAT)

Strong analytical, documentation, and delivery management skills

Experience coaching, mentoring, or providing oversight to analysts or delivery team members

Ability to ensure work is structured, consistent, and high quality across multiple initiatives

Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills

Excellent collaboration and communication across cross-functional stakeholders

Experience with Agile tools and methodologies (e.g., AHA, Jira, Confluence)

Experience in HR domains such as Talent Acquisition, onboarding, or core HR (preferred)

Workday and other HR systems are configured in standardized, scalable, and maintainable ways

QA, demos, and UAT processes are well-coordinated and executed with rigor across all initiatives

Integration points across systems are clearly defined, validated, and function reliably

Releases are stable, predictable, and delivered with minimal defects

Team operates with strong execution discipline, clear accountability, and consistent processes

Issues are escalated, managed, and resolved efficiently

Documentation and artifacts are complete, standardized, and reusable across efforts

Continuous improvement is driven across team performance, delivery processes, and system effectiveness
