In this role, you'll:


Help drive enterprise-wide procurement transformation by providing expert advisory services, designing solutions, and enabling sustainable change that strengthens procurement capability and delivers long-term organisational value.

Working across a diverse stakeholder landscape, you will partner with leaders and teams to translate strategic priorities into actionable transformation outcomes. You'll lead the development of enterprise solutions and approaches, leveraging market research, benchmarking and contemporary transformation practices to identify opportunities for innovation, continuous improvement and operational resilience.

This role requires a design-minded transformation professional who can navigate complexity, influence senior stakeholders and balance strategic thinking with practical delivery. You'll provide trusted advice on change management, experience improvement and organisational transformation, while driving measurable outcomes that support Procurement's future direction and enhance enterprise performance.

We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex business challenges and is passionate about helping organisations evolve. Your ability to build strong partnerships, apply consulting disciplines and translate insights into meaningful action will be critical to success.

About you


What you'll bring:

- Extensive experience leading transformation, change or business improvement initiatives in large, complex organisations.
- Strong advisory, stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities, with experience partnering with senior leaders.
- Experience developing or designing solutions and approaches that support enterprise-wide transformation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience in research, benchmarking and consulting-based approaches.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.

Note: This temporary fixed-term opportunity is available for up to two (2) years and can be performed from a NSW statewide location, with regular attendance at our Elizabeth Street office as part of our hybrid working arrangement.
