About the team:

The Global Logistics Procurement team strategically sources and manages logistics services worldwide, ensuring efficient and cost-effective movement of goods. This team excels in optimizing costs, securing reliable logistics capacity, and supporting scalable growth. It manages risks across complex supply chains while driving innovation in logistics solutions and technology. Members collaborate with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party providers to deliver operational excellence. The team values strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills to meet business goals in a dynamic, international environment.
What you'll do:

  Develop, execute, and improve procurement action plans aligned with business needs and customer requirements.
• 
  Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support business solutions.
• 
  Identify savings opportunities, recommend category strategies, and manage supplier performance through metrics and scorecards.
• 
  Lead contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• 
  Analyze financial and business data to support decision-making and track progress toward financial goals.
• 
  Collaborate cross-functionally to implement process improvements and mitigate supply chain risks.
• 
  Communicate effectively to influence teams and drive alignment on procurement initiatives.

What you'll bring:

  Proven expertise in procurement with the ability to develop and execute strategic action plans.
• 
  Strong vendor relationship management and negotiation skills to optimize supplier performance.
• 
  Financial acumen to analyze business data, support financial goals, and build cost models.
• 
  Experience in category strategy, including identifying savings opportunities and managing supplier scorecards.
• 
  Ability to manage contracts, assess risks, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• 
  Effective problem-solving skills using data-driven approaches and stakeholder collaboration.

  Excellent communication and influencing skills to drive alignment and business results.

This is an onsite job, based in Bentonville, AR

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
