As Manager, Procurement Excellence you will help reinvent procurement at Mirvac. You'll sit at the heart of a multi-year transformation focused on AI, digitisation, automation, supplier experience and enterprise value creation. Play a key role in transforming procurement into a data-led, AI-enabled function. Partnering across Finance, Digital and Legal, you’ll help redesign how we work, unlock value and deliver the technology roadmap shaping our future.
Turn Procurement Data into Business Value
Bring data to life by driving a benefits-led approach to procurement. You’ll translate insights into clear, measurable outcomes ensuring value, savings and impact are visible and understood at a senior level.
Lead Innovation, AI and Continuous Improvement
Champion new ways of thinking by leveraging AI, automation and Lean principles. You’ll test, learn and scale innovative solutions that deliver real, enterprise-wide value.
Own the Evolution of Our Source-to-Contract Platform
Lead the optimisation and adoption of our core procurement platform, driving engagement, improving performance and maximising ROI across the business.
Transform the Supplier Experience
Reimagine how we engage with suppliers by delivering a streamlined, digital-first lifecycle. You’ll create a seamless, transparent experience that positions Mirvac as a partner of choice.
Deliver Enterprise AI Use Cases
Work with Digital and business teams to take AI from concept to impact developing scalable solutions that drive productivity and measurable results.
Build Strong Internal and External Partnerships
Collaborate across teams and with key suppliers to influence outcomes, align priorities and deliver stronger commercial results.
Drive Adoption and Capability Uplift

Your point of difference
We’re seeking a commercially astute professional with experience in procurement, operational excellence or project delivery, and a proven track record delivering large-scale initiatives and process improvements. You bring strong governance capability, with the ability to embed frameworks that drive value, compliance and best practice, paired with sharp data and reporting skills that turn insights into action.
A confident communicator and influencer, you excel at stakeholder, change and project management. You’re proactive and innovative, with an interest in AI and emerging tech, and bring sound judgment, high integrity and strong emotional intelligence balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
