The Role
As a Category Manager within Procurement, you will lead strategic sourcing initiatives focused on complex, high-value engagements that are critical to business success. This role is responsible for shaping vendor and product strategies, executing sourcing efforts, and driving optimal commercial outcomes.
You will partner closely with business and technology leaders to develop long-term strategies, analyze market trends, and align category approaches with organizational goals. Acting as a key leader within deal teams, you will collaborate across functions—including cybersecurity, risk, legal, finance, and compliance to structure and execute agreements.
This role also involves managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and commercial terms, evaluating vendor performance, and ensuring best-in-class pricing and service quality. You will provide data-driven insights and contract analysis to support executive decision-making while driving consistency and standard methodologies across procurement efforts.
You will be part of a highly collaborative Procurement organization focused on delivering strategic value to the business through effective sourcing and vendor management. The team works closely with cross-functional partners including product management, vendor management, legal, risk, finance, and compliance to deliver seamless, high-impact solutions.
As part of this group, you will contribute to broader business objectives by integrating category and sourcing strategies into enterprise-wide initiatives, helping to drive innovation, efficiency, and long-term growth.
