Manages and organizes the staff and daily operations of the Process Improvement team. Oversees the planning, organizing, evaluating, and implementing of system wide improvement science initiatives, activities, and educational programs. Manages research, development, implementation, and reviewing of system wide improvement science programs to ensure alignment with health system goals and objectives.
Job Responsibility
1.Provides leadership to team members and supervisors by communicating and guiding toward achieving department objectives.
2.Develops, communicates, and builds consensus for goals in alignment with the health system
3.Works on moderately complex matters of diverse scope where analysis of issues, data and processes requires multi factor evaluation.
4.Partners with leaders across the organization to enhance current processes to ensure efficiency.
5.Collaborates with department supervisors and staff to review processes, respond to inquiries and recommend solutions to support the integration of performance and quality improvement processes .
6.Evaluates existing improvement science courses and initiatives to ensure effectiveness and value of educational program.
7. Serves as a resources to health system leadership, forming and maintaining relationships throughout the enterprise to continually ensure consistency of approach and application of best practices.
8.Identifies and leads opportunities to make changes to improve operations across team(s).
9.Leads strategic and logistical planning for Improvement Science.
10.Communicate results and present findings/recommendations to senior management and stakeholders effectively.
11.Responsible for performance reviews, corrective actions, promotional decisions, and pay actions for direct reports

Job Qualification
•Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
•6-8 years of relevant experience and 2-5 years of leadership/management experience, required.
