SECTION I: ROLE INTRODUCTION Outlines the basic information of the role. Job Title Manager Process Reporting To DGM / Process Head Location Gangaikondan Grade/ Level Job Objective To lead process engineering and New Product Development (NPD) initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and cost competitiveness. Drive process optimization, scale-up of new products, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities KPIs 1) Process Leadership & Optimization

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across module manufacturing lines.
• Drive process standardization, stability, and capability enhancement.

2) NPD & New Product Introduction (NPI)

• Own end-to-end NPI activities from lab validation to mass production.
• Collaborate with R&D/NPD teams for new technology transfer and product qualification.

3) Data-Driven Engineering

• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
• Utilize SPC, FMEA, and statistical tools for process control and risk mitigation.

4) Documentation & Reporting

• Review and approve engineering reports, SOPs, and technical documentation.
• Present performance metrics, improvement initiatives, and project updates to leadership.

SECTION VI: ROLE PROFILE REQUIREMENTS Education B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Instrumentation Experience 10–14 years of experience in Module Manufacturing / Electronics / Semiconductor / Automation. Competencies CORE COMPETENCIES LEADERSHIP/ BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES

• Strong expertise in SPC, FMEA, DOE, RCA
• Experience in NPI/NPD lifecycle management
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems
• Proven experience in team management and cross-functional leadership
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
