Key Responsibilities
Support audits, inspections, andPrivacyreviewsor assessmentsby providingaccuratedata, documentation, and operational insights.
Lead and manage operational processes to ensure efficient,reliable, andcompliant reporting, assessments, audits,incident responses,DSARsand other data requests or remediations
Evaluate,recommendandmanagesoftware systems and other technology tools for Privacy function.
Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics,identifyrisks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, cost control, and service delivery.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degreerequired, preferably in Operations Management,Data Sciences,SupplyChain, BusinessAdministration,ComputerScienceora relatedfield.
Experience and Skills
Required
Typically requiresat least 5years of relevant experiencein operations,information technology,compliance,quality,audit, or office,projector datamanagement
Demonstrated experience managing operational processes and driving performance improvements.
Facility with implementingsoftware systems and experience as an administrator of software applications or as tech support forsame
Stronganalytical, problem‑solvingand presentationskills with the ability to interpret operational data and metrics.
Experience working cross‑functionally inacomplexorganization.
Preferred
Experience in medicaldevice,medtech, healthcare,pharmaceuticalorother industries subject to data protection or privacylaws.
Prior experience in a privacy, informationsystemsor audit role in a global organization.
Familiarity with lean, continuous improvement, or operational excellence methodologies.
Experience supporting audits, quality systems, or compliance‑driven processes.
Experience managing budgets, forecasts, or resource planning
Proficiencywith operational reporting, dashboards, or enterprise systems (ERP).

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$102,000.00 - $177,100.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
• Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
• Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
• Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
• Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
• Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
• Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
• Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
• Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
• Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
