Job Description

Pricing Manager in Pricing & Trade

Would you like to play a key role in driving profitable growth by translating product value, innovation, and health economics into strong, commercially sound pricing decisions?

Pricing & Trade partners closely with Product Management, Market Access, Finance, Legal, and our global markets to continuously optimise pricing and support sustainable growth. In this role, you will take a leading position in supporting our Wound & Tissue Repair (WTR) business area - particularly its expansion outside of US, including our Kerecis portfolio.

As a Pricing Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping pricing strategies for innovative products, strengthening governance, and ensuring that pricing decisions balance commercial opportunities with risk.

Your Role
You will take on a highly business-facing role, acting as a trusted partner to the WTR organisation while ensuring robust pricing governance and strong commercial outcomes. This role offers a unique opportunity to work hands-on with the business to:

• Support international expansion of WTR
• Drive pricing for innovation launches, particularly within Advanced Wound Dressings (AWD)
• Strengthen and implement pricing governance frameworks
• Ensure commercially attractive price setting, balancing growth opportunities and risk exposure

You will proactively engage with stakeholders across the organisation, identify opportunities, and continuously improve pricing processes, tools, and outcomes.

“This position offers a strong interface with the business and a unique opportunity to shape pricing for one of our key growth areas. You will build a deep commercial understanding while working closely with senior stakeholders across HQ and markets,”
– Frederik Andersen, Senior Director Pricing & Trade

The team
You will join our global Pricing & Trade team based in Humlebæk - 10 highly skilled, collaborative, fun and commercially driven colleagues. We work across the organisation to define value-based, globally aligned pricing strategies and ensure their execution through close engagement with markets and business areas.

Key responsibilities
• Act as pricing lead and business partner for the Wound & Tissue Repair business area
• Drive end-to-end pricing for new product launches, especially within Advanced Wound Dressings
• Implement and further develop pricing governance frameworks across WTR and the markets
• Ensure robust business case evaluation and price setting, balancing value, competitiveness, and risk
• Facilitate price approval processes and ensure effective execution in markets
• Proactively identify pricing opportunities and improvement areas across the value chain
• Monitor pricing performance, compliance, and market developments
• Lead and drive pricing-related projects across HQ and subsidiaries
• Provide insights and KPI reporting to senior management

Your profile
We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven profile who thrives in a business-facing role and is motivated by creating impact.

Experience & skills:
• Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, or similar
• Solid experience within pricing, finance, consulting, or commercial roles
• Strong understanding of how commercial organisations operate
• Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and influence decision-making
• Experience with financial modelling and business case development
• Strong analytical skills combined with a commercial mindset
• Experience driving projects end-to-end
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel (~15–30 days/year)

Personal profile:
• Proactive and impact-driven – not afraid to lean in and challenge the status quo
• Strong business curiosity with a drive to explore and improve
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Structured and solution-oriented with high personal ownership

Why this role?
This is a unique opportunity to:

• Work at the core of one of Coloplast’s key growth areas
• Shape pricing for innovation launches and global expansion
• Act as a true business partner to senior stakeholders
• Drive visible commercial impact on both growth and profitability
