Job Purpose
To serve as a core contributor within Nayara Energy’s Pricing team, responsible for the accurate analysis, execution, and strategic support of pricing decisions across retail and bulk petroleum product sales. With the company’s expansion to 10,000 retail outlets and increased participation in bulk tenders, this role is critical in monitoring daily crude and product price movements, assessing market trends, and integrating tax, duty, and freight variables into pricing models. The Pricing Manager ensures precise daily pricing for retail outlets, margin analysis at Letter of Allotment (LOA) stage, and fortnightly calculation of Refinery Transfer Prices (RTPs) for bulk and PSU sales. The role also supports dynamic pricing initiatives, contributes to rolling plans and long-term business strategies, and provides insights to optimize supply location margins. Additionally, the position is expected to continuously review and enhance pricing models and methodologies to improve commercial outcomes and support strategic decision-making.
