Possible Tasks within this Role

• Aftersales Strategy: Define and implement the Porsche aftersales strategy to achieve business objectives, profitability targets, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Service Center Management: Plan, organize, and continuously improve the operations of the Porsche Service Center, ensuring efficient processes and optimal utilization of resources.
• Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and motivate employees, strengthen team competencies, and monitor the achievement of individual and business objectives.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, operating costs, receivables collection, and key business performance indicators (KPIs).
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure business operations comply with manufacturer standards, legal regulations, and internal Compliance guidelines.
• Stakeholder Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, dealers, and the regional Porsche organization.
• Business Development: Monitor market trends and competitor activities, initiate business improvement measures, and represent the company in professional and business communities.

Qualification requirements

• Education: University degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor’s or equivalent higher education qualification).
• Management Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial positions within the automotive industry or related sectors.
• Aftersales Expertise: Strong knowledge of aftersales operations, service processes, and business practices within the automotive industry.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and/or German, both written and spoken.
• Digital Literacy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the local automotive market is considered an advantage.
• Driving License: Valid Category B driving license.
• Leadership Competencies: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a results-oriented mindset and a customer-focused approach.
