About Us

Resonia is one of India's leading developers of power transmission infrastructure, building and operating the grid assets that move electricity from where it is generated to where it is needed most. Operating in one of the world's largest greenfield transmission markets, Resonia has established a proven end-to-end model — developing critical assets across India's most complex geographies, then monetising them through a disciplined capital recycling strategy. To date, the company has monetised assets worth over US$1 billion, and sponsored IndiGrid, India's first power transmission InvIT, which attracted marquee global investors including KKR and GIC.

Resonia offers a rare combination: world-class execution capability, a demonstrated monetization track record, and a front-row position in India's accelerating energy transition.
