• Lead and execute key projects that enhance efficiency and drive operational impact.
• Monitor project performance against financial and operational KPIs, including timelines and costs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels to align project goals with business objectives.

• Conduct thorough risk management to identify and mitigate potential project risks.

Must-Have:

• Graduate or Masters in engineering with 15 plus years of relevant project management experience, leading complex initiatives.
• Proven track record in managing financial and operational KPIs.
• Expertise in risk management and problem-solving in dynamic environments.
• Deep knowledge of relevant markets and business practices.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with diverse stakeholders.

Nice-To-Have:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Understanding of global market trends and cross-cultural communication.
• Ability to mentor and lead junior team members.
