Job Description
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Planning and Performance, the Manager, Planning and Performance will focus on improving process, communication, tracking, monitoring, and reporting for the broader Commercial team.
Key Accountabilities:
• Develop standardized reporting to be completed and automated in a consistent and timely manner for daily, weekly, and period KPI’s;
• Support and improve reporting required for Continuous Improvement (CI) meetings as well as Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings;
• Support in the monthly LE updates and reviews, annual budgeting & account planning;
• Develop and implement performance measurement to track new KPI’s as required;
• Help to improve reporting/tools for all Commercial functions to ensure teams are as efficient and effective as possible;
• Assist/support builds for internal business cases and/or customer-facing initiatives;
• Help with the training and on-boarding of the Commercial Team;
• Support development of content for semi-annual meetings for the Commercial Team.
Requirements:
• University Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, preferred;
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a sales role, sales operations, sales strategy, or related;
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
Hiring Range: CAD $84,070 - $120,220
Bonus: This position is eligible for a bonus up to 10% of base salary subject to the plan terms and conditions.
Please note that the expected hiring range provided is derived from a group of like roles within Sofina. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, skillset of the candidate and internal equity.
