About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Pilot Line and Sample Plating Specialist to join our Technical Center team. In this role, you will manage and execute all activities related to pilot lines and sample plating processes, ensuring operational excellence, compliance with safety standards, and alignment with company strategies. This position is critical to supporting innovation and delivering high-quality solutions for our customers and business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Surface Treatment, or related fields.
Minimum 8 years in chemical or related industries. Knowledge of pilot line operations, wastewater treatment processes, and electroplating industry experience preferred.
At least 3 years of team management experience (3+ team members).
Excellent work ethic and professionalism. Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills. Holistic view and ability to work effectively as a team player.
Native speaker of local language and good English proficiency (reading, writing, listening, speaking).
