Position: Manager Physiotherapy

Location: Nasiriyah, Dhi Qar Governorate, Iraq

Contract Details: Full Time, Permanent

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Physiotherapy for a reputed client in IRAQ, who is dedicated to providing high-quality medical services to the local As the Manager Physiotherapy, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our physiotherapy department, managing a team of physiotherapists, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans, as well as collaborate with the management team to achieve strategic goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the physiotherapy department, including scheduling, staffing, and budgeting
• Hire, train, and evaluate the performance of physiotherapists and support staff
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients, in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality and evidence-based physiotherapy services to patients
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in physiotherapy
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to staff
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for the physiotherapy team
• Handle patient complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in a healthcare setting
• Valid license to practice physiotherapy in Iraq
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of physiotherapy techniques and treatments
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in using electronic medical records and other relevant software
• Proven track record of managing and developing a team
