Deaconess Hospital is seeking a skilled and motivated Hospital Practice Manager to oversee pulmonary and critical care inpatient services across multiple campuses. This leadership role is vital to ensuring seamless operations, high-quality care, and effective provider support. The Practice Manager of Hospital Based Physicians is responsible for the leadership, direction, coordination and management of the daily operations and personnel of the department assigned. The Practice Manager of Hospital Based Physicians assures that the department functions efficiently to support the physicians and/or midlevel providers in providing safe and compassionate patient care.
