Management experience is not required — we’re looking for someone with initiative, strong communication skills, and the desire to shape the culture, growth, and clinical excellence of an established orthopedic clinic.
You’ll have the autonomy to develop your team, foster meaningful relationships with local orthopedists and referring providers, and expand your own patient base. This role offers significant growth potential, including the opportunity to lead multiple teams as the clinic expands.
Our administrative and operational leadership provides strong support so you can focus on patient care, team development, and achieving your professional goals.
We offer a competitive compensation model that rewards individual performance and productivity, allowing you to directly benefit from the success you create.
Join a family-oriented organization with long-tenured therapists, a collaborative culture, and a history of clinical excellence — and take the next step in your leadership journey.
