Supports the system wide philanthropic activities across Adventist Health foundations by leading a centralized operations support team. Oversees the coordination and execution of operational deliverables, ensuring local foundation leadership receives consistent, high-quality implementation support for all advancement functions, including annual giving, campaigns, grateful patient programs, event support, and prospect research. Drives operational excellence, facilitates cross-market collaboration, and ensures the timely execution of system-level philanthropy initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.

Job Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in non-profit management, business administration, healthcare administration, marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
  • Master's Degree: Preferred
  • Five years' relevant experience: Preferred
  • One year leadership experience: Preferred

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) accreditation: Required
  • CFE: Required

Essential Functions:

  • Leads and manages the philanthropy operations support team, ensuring high-quality execution of system-level fundraising initiatives.
  • Oversees production calendars, timelines, workflows, and dashboards for campaigns, appeals, stewardship cycles, and donor communications.
  • Coordinates with foundation presidents and local teams to align system initiatives with market capacity and workflows.
  • Tracks deliverables, risks, dependencies, and milestones, providing regular updates and recommendations to leadership.
  • Facilitates consistency and best practices across philanthropy operations including gift processing, data entry, donor communications, and reporting.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
