The Pharmacy Manager is accountable for ensuring compliance with all applicable OCP standards, as well as provincial and federal regulations governing the practice of pharmacy. In this role, you will oversee team scheduling, new hire training, and adherence to operational processes that drive the achievement of team goals. As a leader, the Pharmacy Manager models and reinforces CareRx’s Mission, Vision, and Values, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
