Responsible to execute and support development initiatives that contributes towards the overall development for the digital banking platform or product enablement for products and/or services. The role entails delivering projects including planning, development, implementing, training and production support within stipulated SLA.
Functional(job responsibilities)

Elicitrequirementsusinginterviews,documentanalysis,requirementsworkshops,surveys,sitevisits,business process descriptions, scenarios, business analysis,task and workflow analysis
Workcloselywithinternalstakeholdersi.e.:productmanagers,customerservicingchannels,operationsandITto provide an integrated channel customer experience.
HighlightandresolveandcriticalrisksandissuesassociatedtoDigital projects
Leadproduct/channeldevelopmentprojectsfrominceptiontoimplementationincludingsubmissiontorelevantparties for approval
ContributetoanyothernewassignmentandprojectassignedbyManagementfromtimeto time.
Researchonlatestdigitalbankingtrendsandfromtimetotimeproposenewinnovativeproductsfordigitalbanking channel.
Managerial(team/group responsibilities)
Managepostimplementationsupportas2ndtiersupporttoDigitalBankingOperationteamafterprojectGo-Livefor an agreed period of time (before handover to Application Support team).
Manage and collaborate with different team members to manage project delivery.
EnsureDigitalBankingmeetsthebusinessobjectivesandservicelevelgoalsbydeliveringqualityprojectsontime and budget.
Education/Qualification
Degree Holder
Experience
Atleast7yearsprojectmanagementexperienceespeciallyintheareaofDigitalBanking,particularlyinareaofdigital banking product development or testing
PossessexperienceinOnlineBankingOperationsorProductdevelopmentwillbeanadded advantage.
