Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree from an HEC-recognized university

Experience

4 to 5 years of relevant banking experience

Role Summary

The Manager Performance and Rewards will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation and administration of performance management and reward programs. The role will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure effective performance frameworks, competitive reward practices and alignment with the organization's overall people and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews and calibration.
• Assist in the design, review and administration of compensation and reward programs.
• Conduct market benchmarking and provide insights to ensure competitive and equitable rewards.
• Prepare reports and analysis on performance and reward trends for management review.
• Ensure consistency and fairness in performance and reward processes across the organisation.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to enhance performance culture and employee engagement.
• Maintain policy guidelines, documentation and systems related to performance and rewards.
• Support special HR projects and initiatives as required.
