Manager Performance and Operational Restructuring

Do you want to help organizations navigate operational restructuring and turnaround situations? Are you looking for a role where you work closely with clients on performance improvement, cashmanagementand operating model redesign?

In our Performance and Restructuring team, you willdrive changeatunder-performing Dutch and European companies on complex transformation challenges. You will work on assignments with a direct impact on the future of the business and its stakeholders, ranging from family-run organizations to listed multinationals. In this role, you combine strategic insight, financialanalysisand operational execution. You will also collaborate closely with specialists across Deals,Strategy & andConsulting.

You will be part of an inclusive team working on challenging and meaningful client assignments at the intersection of transformation,restructuringand performance improvement. Together with colleagues and clients, you will work in an environment where collaboration,coachingand delivering sustainable results are central.

As aManager, you will support clients facing significant pressure toadapttheir business and operating models. You will work across a broad range of operational restructuring assignments and help organizations deliver sustainable improvements in areas such as cost reduction, cashmanagementand working capital management. You translate complex analyses into practical recommendations and support clients inimplementingand delivering change initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Strong understanding of client challenges to contribute insight and value to transformationprogrammes;

• Analysecomplex information and translate it into structured, pragmatic recommendations, for example inoperational improvementopportunities, rapidcostreductionand operating modelredesign;

• Drive the implementation oftheserecommendationtogether with the client and the teamin a rapid but sustainable fashion;

• Perform cashflow sensitivity analysis, financialbaseliningand forecast reviews, and prepare presentations and reports for key stakeholders such as Board members and seniormanagement;

• Build strong clientrelationshipsandsupport the further build-out of the practiceviacommercial initiatives

We are looking for candidates with experience of supporting clients throughout the operational transformation lifecycle from strategic opportunity assessment and planning through to supporting the delivery of specific initiatives.

Furthermore:

• You bring experience fromoperations, advisory or ideally both, witha strong foundationin both financial and operationalanalytics;

• You are analytical and able to turn complex challenges into structured and actionablesolutions;

• You work effectively with a range of stakeholders, stay effective in a changingenvironmentand actively contribute to the development of colleagues and teams aroundyou;

• You have experience with topics such as working capital, supply chainoptimisation,andcashmanagement;

• You have worked on complex operational changeprogrammesand are confident in stakeholdermanagement;

• You have strong written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English, and you can clearly synthesize analysis into presentations and reports.
