The Manager, People Technology is responsible for the administration, optimization, support, and continuous improvement of the organization's People Technology portfolio, including Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), talent acquisition systems, learning platforms, benefits administration technologies, reporting solutions, and third-party vendor integrations.
This role serves as the primary functional owner of People Technology systems and is responsible for ensuring solutions effectively support Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and business operations. The Manager oversees system administration, configuration, vendor relationships, reporting, integrations, releases, testing, and production support while leading a small People Technology team.
The ideal candidate combines strong Workday expertise with leadership skills, business process knowledge, project management experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
