The Jr. Plant HR Business Partner role exists to ensure efficient, compliant, and consistent execution of all HR processes at Plant level, translating People strategy and policies into daily Operational Delivery. The role acts as the first point of contact for managers and employees, supporting recruitment, employee relations, training execution, and People Experience on the shop floor. It safeguards operational continuity through disciplined HR administration and labour compliance. The role operates within defined frameworks, escalating strategic, complex, or industrial matters to the Plant People Business Partner.

Graduation is must. MBA degree/diploma in HR is preferred with more than 7 years of work experience
Strong knowledge of HR operations within a manufacturing or industrial plant environment, including recruitment execution, onboarding, learning and development, rewards and recognition, organizational development, employee relations and HR administration. Sound understanding of HR Policies and Processes of manufacturing plant, knowledge of labour laws and industrial relations practices, with the ability to apply policies consistently on the shop floor. Working knowledge of HR systems, reporting, and workforce data management is required. Familiarity with health & safety processes and their people‑related implications in an industrial setting is an advantage.
