Who We’re Looking For:

As a key member of the People & Culture team, the Manager, People Operations and Technology willbe ensuring that Laborie's HR technology ecosystem, employee data, and core HR processes are scalable, efficient, compliant, and aligned with the organization's growth strategy.

As a key member of the Global People & Culture Team, the HR Operations & HRIS Manager will serve as the primary owner of HR systems, employee lifecycle processes, HR data integrity, reporting, analytics, and continuous process improvement initiatives. This leader will work closely with Human Resources Business Partners, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors to deliver a seamless employee experience globally. This role combines people leadership and operational management with deep HR technology expertise.

About the Role:

  • Own global HRIS & operations: Lead strategy, system management, and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes across regions.
  • Drive efficiency & transformation: Implement process improvements, system enhancements, and automation to scale HR operations.
  • Deliver data & insights: Ensure data integrity while producing dashboards, analytics, and workforce insights for business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance & execution: Oversee data governance, regulatory compliance, vendor management, and cross-functional project delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR Operations, HRIS, or HR Technology experience.
  • Experience supporting global organizations and multi-country HR operations.
  • Demonstrated success managing HRIS platforms, implementations, upgrades, and integrations.

Technical Skills

  • Expertise in HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems.
  • Advanced reporting and analytics capabilities.
  • Experience with HR data governance and data management practices.
  • Knowledge of system integrations, workflow automation, and digital HR solutions.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

·Master's degree

·3+ years' experience of people management
