As an integral member of the People & Culture (P&C) team, you will partner closely with Singapore Headquarters and Geographical Units (GUs) to support the execution of regional HR priorities and business initiatives. You will work with corporate leaders and regional P&C teams to implement talent strategies, drive organisational initiatives, and ensure effective delivery of HR programs across markets.

What will you do?

  • HR Partnership Act as a key link between Singapore Headquarters and GUs to support the delivery of regional priorities and business initiatives. Partner with GU P&C teams to implement HR frameworks and talent processes, including succession and workforce planning, to meet business needs and build organisational capability.
  • Organizational Development: Work closely with corporate leaders and GU P&C teams to drive change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • HR Projects: Partner with GU P&C teams to deliver ad hoc projects and organisational initiatives, including harmonisation, M&A, offshoring, and reorganisation.
  • Talent Management: Collaborate with leadership to identify and develop high-potential talent, build career pathways, and ensure robust succession plans for critical roles.
  • Performance Management: Lead performance management initiatives by coaching managers on delivering constructive feedback, setting clear objectives, and developing action plans to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the point of contact for complex employee relations matters, guiding conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance processes while ensuring compliance with local labour laws.
  • HR Policy Development and Compliance: Ensure compliance to company policies, employment laws, and regulations across regions, and implement HR practices that are culturally relevant and aligned with global standards.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

  • Relevant tertiary education and IHRP accreditation preferred.
  • 5–8 years’ HR experience, with at least 2 years in international or regional roles.
  • Deep expertise in multiple HR disciplines including workforce planning, organisational design, change management, talent management, employee relations, compensation, engagement, learning and diversity.
  • Proven ability to coach, influence and partner effectively with senior leaders.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with commercial acumen and ability to leverage data for decision making.
  • Ability to operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and deliver results in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Experience working in cross-border, virtual teams is highly valued.
