In this position...

Ford’s PC Renewal program is a critical, high-volume operation that sits at the intersection of customer experience, asset governance, supply chain planning, and supplier performance management. We are hiring a PC Renewal Operations Manager – North America to own end-to-end program outcomes across North America—ensuring we deliver the right device to the right user at the right time, with accurate asset data and disciplined operational controls.

This role is for a builder/operator: someone who can take a complex, multi-party lifecycle process and drive measurable improvements in speed, accuracy, compliance, and customer experience—while holding internal teams and suppliers accountable to clear standards.

Based in Dearborn, MI, this is a hybrid position with a required four-day onsite presence each week.

What you'll do...

  • Own operational delivery for PCs (SLA adherence, exceptions, escalations)
  • Forecast and deliver annual device renewal plan
  • Maintain performance-based freshness of PC fleet
  • Manage available inventory levels (FIFO, lean on-hand)
  • Manage approximately $60M budget
  • Manage relationships with key PC suppliers and managed services
  • Drive continual improvement initiatives with suppliers
  • Partner with Ford Site Management to deliver services across the region
  • Day-day supervision of 5-10 direct reports
  • Other reasonable activity required by management/leadership

We’re looking for a leader with a proven track record of delivering measurable operational outcomes in Operations, Service Management, and/or Asset Lifecycle Management

You'll have...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Technology Management or similar or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience

  • 3+ years of experience operating in a structured, process-driven environment (e.g., SLA-based delivery, supply chain operations, asset lifecycle, or service operations)

  • 2+ years managing suppliers/service providers, including defining performance expectations and driving measurable improvement through governance, reviews, and corrective actions.

  • 2+ years of forecasting and delivering to budget
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team
  • 2+ years of experience with demonstrated capability to synthesize complex operational data into clear, actionable insights and communicate effectively to senior leadership

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500- 218,100.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
