    • Hands-on experience with payroll systems such as Workday, SAP, and ADP GlobalView.
    • Experience working in large multinational or global shared services environments.
    • Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.
    • High attention to detail with strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
    • Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle sensitive payroll data responsibly.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
    • Benefits:

      • Hybrid work arrangement with flexibility based on role and business needs.
      • Leadership role with ownership of multi-country payroll operations.
      • Opportunity to work in a global, complex, and high-scale payroll environment.
      • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.
      • Strong focus on compliance, governance, and operational excellence.
      • Career growth opportunities within a large multinational organization.
      • Exposure to regional payroll strategy and process transformation initiatives.
