If your passion lies in making life better—not just for patients, but for your team and your community—you may find your purpose at Legacy. We are looking for a compassionate and driven leader to provide operational oversight for key revenue-cycle functions, including Expected Reimbursement, Cash Posting, and Denials, with responsibility for supporting accurate reimbursement, effective payment posting and reconciliation, denial prevention and resolution, and the timely collection of hospital and professional accounts. These functions are reflected across Patient Business Services and Hospital and Professional Billing operations, including reimbursement/appeals, cash posting, and denial management.
In this role, you’ll guide patients through important financial decisions with empathy and understanding, especially during moments that may be difficult or emotionally charged. Your leadership will help ensure that financial care remains a vital part of the overall healthcare experience we provide. If you share our commitment to service, integrity, and compassion, we’d love to connect with you.
This is a hybrid-remote position, open to candidates who reside in Oregon or Washington. The schedule includes on-site work at a designated Legacy Health location, with the flexibility to work remotely from home, on the road, or from a satellite office on other days of the week.
