Job Description

  1. Grow Card portfolio through partnerships
  2. Implement the Card tactical plan for growth of new partnerships
  3. Grow credit card utilization, spend and revolving rate
  4. Initiate activities around new and innovative partnerships that enhance wallet share
  5. Develop initiatives that add value to cardholders
  6. Facilitate customer onboarding
  7. Negotiate pricing of partnerships and ensure efficient implementation in the system
  8. Set up Instalment plans and discount partnerships at system level and at points of sale at partner locations and ensure they run effectively
  9. Resolution of partnership-related queries from customers, Branches and partners
  10. Product training
  11. Relationship management, stakeholders and partners (Internal and External)
  12. Manage Card Partnership team and People development
  13. Re-activate lapsed partnerships
  14. Manage NPL within Card Business
  15. Enterprise-wide risk management (Adherence to KYC, AML/CFT)

Requirements.

  1. Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field
  2. 5 years of working experience in Card Issuing
  3. 2 years of experience in sales and Marketing
  4. 1 year of experience in card portfolio management
  5. 3 years of experience in Card services
  6. 2 years of experience in Visa and MasterCard Operations
