 Manager Partner EcosystemLocation: Montigny-le-Bretonneux, Paris, or Sophia-Antipolis (France); or Krakow (Poland).  Arteris connects innovation.

In this role, you will champion partner initiatives, sharpen collaboration across teams, and deliver measurable impact  in the ecosystem—working closely with the leadership team to align with the company’s partnership roadmap and priorities. Key Responsibilities
  • Partnership Development:  Identify and build relationships with key partners. Support efforts to attract and engage high-value partners. 
  • Program Execution: Design, implement, and manage partner programs and initiatives.  Track and report on program effectiveness, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business objectives. 
  • Collaboration & Alignment: Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, and R&D to ensure that partner strategies are aligned with company goals. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to  optimize partner contributions.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner activities. Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on the effectiveness of partner programs and overall ecosystem health
What You Bring
  • Relevant professional experience (for example, in business development, program coordination, sales support, marketing, or a related field).
  • Strong relationship management: ability to build and  maintain trust, set and align expectations with internal and external stakeholders, navigate disagreements constructively, and sustain productive collaboration over time.
  • Solid knowledge of the semiconductor electronic design automation (EDA) and intellectual property (IP) market is  required
  • Strong execution, prioritization, and negotiation skills, with practical familiarity with how partners engage in partner and channel contexts.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to various stakeholders.
  • Leverage AI systems to drive efficiency and improve productivity across responsibilities.
  Bonus Points If You Have
  • Experience contributing to or supporting partner programs or initiatives.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and  Airtable
  Education Requirements 
  • MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar degree.
  • An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Estimated Base Salary70,000 to   90,000 annually.
