Reporting to the Director of PACE Business Operations, the Manager PACE Fleet is a program-wide leadership role responsible for the design, performance, and oversight of transportation services across a multi-center PACE program. This role holds full accountability for transportation staff, fleet readiness, regulatory compliance, budget stewardship, and transportation-related risk, ensuring services reliably meet participant needs while aligning with organizational expectations and risk tolerance.
The Manager PACE Fleet directly oversees all program fleet personnel and serves as the central authority for transportation standards, workforce performance, safety intervention, fleet operations, and regulatory compliance. This role is responsible for applying operational data, fleet technology, and financial analysis to guide routing, scheduling, resource allocation, and continuous improvement across all centers.

QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's Degree Operations, Business, or related field - Required -OR-
Professional/Vocational/Trade Training in lieu of degree plus 5 years relevant experience - Required
Bachelor's Degree Operations, Business, or related field - Preferred
3 years Relevant experience leading operational functions in a regulated environment, with accountability for staff oversight, safety or compliance requirements, use of operational or performance data to drive improvement, and coordination of services across teams or locations. - Required
Valid Driver's License - with proof of Insurance - Required
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire - Required
