  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment of portfolio priorities, project timing, resources, financial requirements, and strategic objectives.
  • Ensure LCP decisions are translated into clear project plans, charters, timelines, and organizational commitments.
  • Identify and proactively manage portfolio risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and decision gaps.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the LCP process to increase clarity, efficiency, accountability, and decision quality.

P&A Global Pricing Team Manager

  • Ensure projects are evaluated consistently against strategic alignment, customer opportunity, financial value, resources, timing, complexity, and organizational capacity.
  • Facilitate assessment reviews and consolidate findings to support portfolio balancing and prioritization.
  • Identify conflicts, gaps, and resource constraints early enough to influence LCP decisions.

Project Data Governance

  • Establish and maintain governance standards for project, portfolio, financial, resource, timing, and assessment data used throughout the LCP process.
  • Ensure project information is accurate, complete, current, and consistently structured across planning systems and tools.

  • Own the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of tools supporting the global LCP process.
  • Manage the development and maintenance of portfolio, project assessment, resource planning, financial, and LCP management tools.
  • Ensure tools support standardized processes while providing appropriate flexibility for business and functional requirements.
  • Coordinate tool enhancements, user requirements, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
