- Leads Maaden’s OT infrastructure, hosting, and connectivity environments, ensuring reliable, high-performance compute, storage, and industrial networks across sites.- Owns the day-to-day operation and lifecycle of OT hosting platforms including MES, LIMS, historians, and edge compute.- Ensures stable connectivity between OT systems, plant networks, and enterprise platforms to support operations and digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage OT Infrastructure & Hosting
– Operate and maintain OT servers, storage, virtualization, and edge compute environments
– Ensure availability, performance, and capacity of hosted OT systems including MES, LIMS, historians, and edge nodes
– Execute routine maintenance, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management activities
Oversee OT Networks & Connectivity
– Operate and maintain OT network infrastructure across plant and site environments
– Ensure stable and resilient connectivity between OT systems and upstream IT or data platforms
– Apply standardized network configurations and connectivity patterns aligned with enterprise OT standards
Drive Standardization & Modernization
– Implement OT infrastructure, hosting, and connectivity standards across sites
– Support modernization of legacy hardware, operating systems, and virtualized environments
– Execute infrastructure upgrades in line with enterprise OT roadmaps and architecture
Ensure Reliability and Operational Resilience
– Implement redundancy, backup, and recovery practices for OT infrastructure and hosted systems
– Monitor infrastructure health and respond to incidents impacting availability or performance
– Support root-cause analysis and continuous improvement of infrastructure reliability

Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electrical, Control, Systems Engineering, or related field
– 5–8 years’ experience in OT or industrial infrastructure and hosting operations
– Hands-on experience with MES, LIMS, historians, and edge compute environments
– Strong understanding of industrial networks and OT-IT connectivity
– Experience operating in site-based or asset-intensive industrial environments
