As a Manager - Organizational Change Management you will lead complex transformation engagements that help organizations navigate business, workforce, and technology change within our Management Consulting practice. As a Manager you will lead teams, coach junior colleagues, manage client engagements, and guide delivery across change strategy, stakeholder alignment, communications, learning enablement, and adoption planning while maintaining a focus on quality, timelines, and client priorities. In this role at PwC, you will shape change approaches for organizational and digital transformation programs, support executive discussions, and contribute to practice growth through business development, innovative change solutions, and the development of team capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Leading complex organizational change engagements across business, workforce, and technology transformation programs
• Defining change strategies aligned to business objectives and transformation goals
• Conducting change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, readiness reviews, and adoption measurements
• Advising senior leaders on change risks, governance approaches, and stakeholder engagement plans
• Developing learning and enablement plans, including training needs analysis, curriculum design, and capability-building activities
• Delivering workshops, leadership alignment sessions, and governance meetings for executive audiences
• Managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
• Applying workforce analytics, data insights, and GenAI-enabled methods to improve decision making and delivery
• Mentoring consulting teams through coaching, feedback, and career development support
• Reviewing deliverables for consistency with firm methodologies and client expectations
• Supporting proposal development, solution design, estimation, and client presentations
• Developing methodologies, reusable assets, and thought leadership for change offerings

What You Must Have

-- MBA or master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields of study (preferably from premier B-Schools).

• 8-11 years of prior relevant work experience
• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Relevant certifications in Change Management, Project Management, Human Capital/Workforce Transformation, Organizational Change Management (e.g., Prosci), or Instructional Design and Learning Solutions are highly desirable and will be considered an added advantage
• Experience in Consulting (preferably experience in Human Capital, Change & Communication Management, Learning Solutions, HR Transformation, or related fields).
• Leading organizational change management for large transformation programs
• Designing learning journeys, curriculum, and capability-building initiatives
• Advising executives on change risks, governance, and adoption strategies
• Managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and delivery quality
• Coaching teams, mentoring consultants, and supporting career development
• Applying workforce analytics and GenAI-enabled approaches to delivery
