Your journey with usJoin Deloitte’s Human Capital practice as a Manager in our Financial Services team. You’ll drive business development and client growth while delivering expert advisory across Learning, Organisation & Workforce Transformation, and HR Strategy. With deep expertise in Financial Services — preferably from an insurance background — you’ll identify market opportunities, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and convert proposals into transformational client engagements.
As a commercially driven professional, you’ll combine Financial Services industry insider knowledge with Human Capital consulting expertise to expand our Financial Services practice. You’ll leverage your deep understanding of Financial Services sector challenges and workforce transformation trends to shape advisory solutions, build a strong FS network, and establish Deloitte as the trusted partner for Financial Services Human Capital transformation.
Your responsibilities: Client Leadership & Advisory

  • Lead engagements on large scale transformations (e.g. change & learning)
  • Translate deep understanding of financial institutions into compelling advisory solutions
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders and become a trusted advisor


Business Development & Market Growth

  • Identify and shape market opportunities within your Financial Services network
  • Develop proposals that convert into client engagements
  • Leverage industry relationships to build market presence and account development


Team & Practice Development

  • Coach junior team members and support their professional growth
  • Develop methodologies, assets, and thought leadership in Financial Services Human Capital transformation
  • Build the team’s market reputation


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Data & AI, Strategy, M&A, and Technology teams to co-create integrated solutions
  • Bridge industry operations and human capital transformation


Let's talk about you

  • 5–8 years’ experience as a Manager at a major Financial Services organization, preferably an insurer (HR, Corporate Office, Transformation Office, etc.), with strong Financial Services industry expertise
  • Deep understanding of Financial Services operations and sector challenges, with proven track record driving organizational transformation and strategic change related to people and workforce; insurance experience is preferred
  • Human Capital practitioner with expertise in at least one core offering (Learning, Organisation & Workforce Transformation, or HR Strategy), able to bridge industry insights with consulting delivery
  • Strategic thinker who translates industry insights and business challenges into advisory and organizational solutions
  • Strong project management and client delivery skills. Consulting background is a plus.
  • Fluent in English & Dutch and/or French
