The Job

This position exists to support and lead O2C workstreams of Warner Bros. Discovery WBD Advertising, Affiliate Distribution, TV Distribution, Direct-to-ConsumerSubscriptionand several other revenue streams. This person will develop and deliver plans of action with the purpose of driving successful outcomes and effective customer relationships resulting in improved Cash Flow. This role will have managerial responsibilities over a direct team performing tasks including but not limitedto:billing, dispute management, order management, cashreceiptsand application andworkclosely with offshore BPO operations.

This position is responsible for Ad Sales Collections across LATAM, including direct management of a team of 6 Analysts, driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

OTC Collections Manager combines deep expertise in accounts receivable and collections with strong analytical capability, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills to drive cash flow, mitigate risk, and ensure operational excellence across a dynamic, global organization.

The Daily

  • Oversee weekly/monthly billing and collection activities including timeliness of billing resolution.

  • Provide managerial support toteamin resolving disputes and chargeback issues with customers and internal stakeholders

  • Conduct account reviews for A/R balances and provide updates to management on Account Receivable health status with the intention of improving on Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)

  • Provide and manage related AR reporting for KPIs and other performance metrics

  • Manage internal and external relationships with key clients along with BPOs

  • Collaborate with BPO service provider to organize andmonitorthe use of resourcesrequiredto provide high quality and cost effective O2C service delivery

  • Manage special projects and analysis asrequiredto meet responsibilities andobjectivesof the business

  • Lead a team of talented resolvers and analysts through recruitment, training, coaching, and self-empowerment

  • Maintain documentation for compliance reporting and audits

The Essentials

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Financeor related field is preferred
  • Fluent in English mandatory
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience with project management and leadership
  • Experience in Peoplesoft Financials and SAP isrequired
  • Experience in the Media Industry and/or Media Sales is preferred
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word,Powerpoint)
  • Deep knowledge of AR lifecycle (invoicing → collections → dispute resolution → write-offs)
  • Strong experience managing: AR aging and delinquency % overdue AR (especially >90 days focus)
  • Ability to escalate and resolve delinquent accounts using structured approaches (legal, 3rd party collections, etc.)
  • Dispute identification and resolution
  • KPI Management & Performance Tracking / Ability to define action plans
  • Business Partnership. Ability to collaborate with: Billing, Cash App, Sales, RevOps, Finance, etc.
  • Experience aligning collections strategy with commercial priorities
  • Understanding of: SOX controls / Write-off policies / Audit requirements / Ability to ensure proper documentation, approvals, and compliance adherence
  • Experience working across LATAM, and big volume of Customers
  • Ability to handle different regulations, currencies, and customer behaviors
  • Ability to lead collections analysts and drive accountability
  • Conduct regular team meetings, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Build high-performing teams with clear targets and ownership
  • Strong communication skills (negotiation, escalation)
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations (delinquent customers, disputes)
  • Strong ability to interpret AR data and trends
  • Ability to lead teams through system changes (e.g., SAP, automation) and organizational changes (e.g., merger, integration)
