Manager
or AP/AR (Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Manager)


Location:
Hybrid | San Diego


Salary:
$120K–$135K (DOE)


Our
top-tier client is looking for a direct-hire fulltime AP/AR Manager in a
consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturing environment. The right person will
understand the specialized needs of a similar environment (distribution,
credit/deductions, chargebacks, etc.)


The
right candidate will lead a multi-channel manufacturing finance operation in
support of senior leadership.


Specifically:


·

Lead a team of 5-10
AP/AR Specialists


·

Manage vendor
interactions relationships, including managing chargebacks, deductions, and
other similar activities.


·

Partner with
cross-functional teams, including operations and finance.


·

Ensure proper ERP
documentation and support.


·

Deliver full-cycle
receivables and payables.


Requirements


Requirements:


·

5+ years of AP/AR
accounting and finance experience


·

2+ years of proven team
leadership


·

Demonstrated experience
with Manufacturing, Consumer Package Goods (CPG), or similar.
Proven ERP excellence.
