Responsibilities

• Ensure systematic application of risk management in Hong Kong Transport Services Business Unit by supporting implementation of risk control standards, methodologies and guidelines
• Provide professional advice on risk management and conducting technical studies/risk review (e.g. Major Risk Scenarios Review), as well as communicating best practices
• Drive systematic management of critical safety risks through safety critical systems and safety critical items management
• Lead the implementation of the newly developed risk management tools and monitor their continuous application
• Manage a team of engineers to ensure quality delivery of risk management services

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or related engineering discipline
• A minimum of 8 years’ post qualification experience, preferably gained in a railway engineering environment, including 5 years’ experience
  in system assurance
• Possession of Chartered Member of worldwide recognized institution in Engineering
• Good interpersonal, communication, report writing, and analytical skills
