Description:

Lead the strategic and day-to-day operations of manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse operations while ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Guide operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and financial targets. Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external customers, coordinating cross-functional activities to meet customer commitments and business objectives.

Requirements:

• Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in operations management in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably pharmaceutical/medical device
• Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Science, or related technical field
• Professional certifications in Supply Chain, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing a plus
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, quality systems, and regulatory requirements
• Proven experience leading, developing and supporting teams
• Demonstrated ability to implement operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with all levels of organization
• Experience with ERP systems, lean manufacturing, and process improvement methodologies
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to implement performance improvements
• Budget management and financial acumen
• Strong organizational and time management skills for managing multiple priorities
• Ability to work in cleanroom/controlled environments and use required PPE when needed
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Demonstrates commitment to company values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and Involvement
• Shift work and on-call responsibilities may be required
• Travel up to 20% may be required
