Job Opportunity: Manager Operations & Sales Excellence
📍 Remote / International team (DACH-focused business)
💰 Up to R720,000 fixed per annum
We are looking for a German-speaking Manager Operations & Sales Excellence (m/w/d) to join a fast-scaling SDR-as-a-Service company supporting SaaS organisations across the DACH market.
This is a hands-on operational leadership role reporting directly to the Head of Operations. You will play a critical part in ensuring smooth client onboarding, high-quality data operations, and consistent sales performance across SDR teams.

Our client is a leading SDR-as-a-Service provider specialising in helping B2B SaaS companies scale into the DACH region. Their strength lies in combining data-driven targeting, structured outbound sales processes, and high-performing SDR teams to generate qualified pipeline at scale.
The Role
As Manager Operations & Sales Excellence, you will act as the operational right hand to the Head of Operations. You will oversee onboarding, data quality, and sales execution support — ensuring every new client project is set up for success and SDR teams operate with accurate, structured, and high-quality data.
Your work will directly impact delivery quality, scalability, and overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Project Onboarding & Campaign Setup
- Lead structured onboarding for new client projects
- Develop ICP definitions, campaign briefs, SDR playbooks, and sequencing frameworks
- Coordinate with internal SDR leads to ensure smooth handover into live execution
- Improve and standardise onboarding templates and processes
Data & Lead Quality
- Build and manage high-quality lead databases aligned to ICPs (Cognism, Dealfront, Pipedrive)
- Conduct research, enrichment, segmentation, and deduplication of data
- Ensure full GDPR compliance in all data processes
- Develop scalable data workflows for repeatable campaigns
Sales Excellence & Performance Support
- Support KPI definition and tracking across campaigns and SDR teams
- Analyse sales performance data to identify optimisation opportunities
- Improve targeting, sequencing, and conversion performance
- Contribute to sales enablement materials and training content
- Prepare operational reports for senior leadership
Team & Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as operational coordinator between SDR teams, team leads, and clients
- Handle first-level operational escalations
- Support internal HR Ops, tool rollouts, and process documentation initiatives
Requirements
- Fluent German (C2 preferred) and strong English communication skills
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales operations, SDR environments, or SaaS services
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales intelligence tools
- Experience working with structured data, lead generation, or outbound sales processes
- Highly organised, self-driven, and comfortable working independently
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and pattern recognition
- Comfortable in a fast-scaling, high-performance environment
