
The (USA) Manager, Operations applies advanced analytics to drive business strategy for loyalty and rewards programs, leveraging performance measurement to shape program design, tier strategy, and value optimization. Drawing on loyalty program operations experience, the manager leads multiple work streams by designing and executing project plans, managing resources with cross-functional teams, and driving initiatives aligned with strategic objectives. The manager provides data-driven insights to support decision-making, ensures compliance with company standards, and fosters continuous improvement. Partnering across Product, Analytics, and Marketing, this role delivers measurable results that drive engagement, retention, and Walmart's commitment to operational excellence.
About the team:
The Rewards & My Metrics team leads the strategy and execution of the Spark Driver Rewards program and driver tier metrics within Walmart’s Last Mile Delivery organization. This team connects drivers with key performance standards to enhance customer experience and delivery quality. Collaborating across Product, UX, Engineering, Analytics, and other departments, the team ensures accurate and transparent delivery of rewards and metrics. Their efforts directly impact critical business outcomes by driving driver retention and improving service standards, supporting Walmart’s commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction through strategic and data-driven initiatives.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
