β Drive a Culture of Safety β Promote and enforce safety practices through inspections, audits, and training
π¦ Oversee Daily Warehouse Operations β Optimize cost-effective, efficient, and accurate processes
π Optimize Systems and Processes β Implement improvements to reporting, information flow, and planning
π― Manage Inventory Accuracy β Maintain asset control, oversee loss prevention, and support client delivery goals
π₯ Lead with Purpose β Support team success through training, performance management, coaching, and compliance
Γ°ΒΒ Develop Training Programs Γ’ΒΒ Provide employee training in safety, forklift operations, discipline-specific tasks, and career progression
Γ°ΒΒΒ Champion Continuous Improvement Γ’ΒΒ Lead long-term planning initiatives and contribute to strategic objectives
Γ°ΒΒΒ Ensure Show Readiness Γ’ΒΒ Guarantee timely project delivery, accurate returns, and fleet compliance with DOT guidelines
Γ°ΒΒΒ Conduct Audits & Cycle Counts Γ’ΒΒ Prepare for annual inventory, monitor missing items, and ensure data integrity
Γ°ΒΒ§ΒΉ Maintain Facility Standards Γ’ΒΒ Oversee maintenance and housekeeping of warehouse space and equipment
Γ°ΒΒΒ Contribute to Strategic Direction Γ’ΒΒ Collaborate with the National Warehouse Operations Manager on QC procedures and improvements
Proven leadership in warehouse, logistics, or operations management
Experience driving quality assurance and safety initiatives
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
A proactive, team-first mindset with the ability to coach and mentor others
Knowledge of DOT compliance, asset tracking systems, and AV operations a plus
