This position is responsible for managing the financial performance of the asset, including oversight of the operations team, third-party service providers (e.g., janitorial, parking, security), and daily operations to ensure alignment with Company service standards and delivery of an exceptional customer experience.
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $89,900.00 - $123,600.00
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
