Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Cold Room/Freezers -22degreesF/-6degrees C, No contact lens allowed; prescriptive glasses will be provided, Office, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift, Warehouse

We are made up of approximately 4,400 colleagues across six sites who specialize in taking sterile injectable and oral solid dose drug products from development to commercialization.

Hours: Nights, 7pm-7am (2-2-3 schedule) 15% shift differential

The Operations Manager leads sterile production operations, ensuring GMP compliance, production performance, colleague development and operational excellence.

A Day in the Life:

Lead daily sterile manufacturing and filling operations, manage schedules, budgets, safety, customer interactions, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

What to expect:

• Lead sterile manufacturing and filling operations.
• Ensure GMP and quality compliance.

• Lead hiring, training and performance management.
• Drive operational efficiency and safety.
• Support customer and regulatory interactions.

Keys to Success:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Operations Management or related field.

Experience

• 5+ years pharmaceutical operations/quality experience.
• 2+ years management experience.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Strong GMP knowledge.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Process improvement mindset.
• Ability to lead technical teams.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 10–35 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
