We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical Manager – Operations (Merchandising) to support our Account Management Teams serving our key customers. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence through data management and analytics, vendor engagement and performance analysis, and the delivery of structured insights via presentations and effective communication. Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is essential to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
Here is what you need to know about this role:
Account Management Support
Support Account Management Teams in coordinating customer buying trips and organizing management meetings.
Align operational strategies with business objectives and contribute to strengthening vendor relationships through process enhancements and policy updates.
Stakeholder Collaborations
Foster strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Drive collaboration with customers and internal teams to design process strategies and deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency and productivity.
Promote alignment across functions to ensure smooth operations and drive continuous improvement.
Data Analytics, Management & Reporting
Consolidate, manage, and maintain operational and vendor-related data across systems using spreadsheets and analytical platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.
Apply analytical methodologies and leverage tools including Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and AI-powered solutions to extract insights and visualize trends.
Present findings through structured reports and impactful PowerPoint presentations to support internal reviews and strategic decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience in business operations, preferably from supply chain or sourcing industry; candidates with merchandising or account management background will also be considered.
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proven ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and AI-powered analytics platforms is preferred.
Experience in supporting IT or AI-related projects is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
Highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data accuracy and reporting quality.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
Flexible and proactive, with a willingness to take on additional duties or ad-hoc tasks as necessary.
