We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager – Operations

In this role, you will:

• Build strong working knowledge of Global Liquidity Solutions products (e.g., GLE, MRE, LIS, PCC, Ngvam) and end-to-end operating procedures for the role’s scope.
• Lead and supervise GLS products operations/deployment activity across multiple GSC sites, ensuring consistent execution and controls.
• Plan, execute and sign off production verification testing for new GLS products and deployments to new countries, including effective knowledge transfer for changes and upgrades.
• Own the CoE operational framework: procedures, quality check model, MI/reporting, system set-up and contingency readiness.
• Ensure BAU performance meets agreed PLAs/cut-offs and delivers strong quality, audit, risk and OOE outcomes; embed BRCM strategies across activities.
• Manage incidents and external disruptions through co-ordination, timely escalation, and stakeholder communication.
• Build and maintain effective global stakeholder relationships (Product, PCM and Technology teams), ensuring compliance with Global Standards and regulatory expectations.
• Provide strong leadership and people management: recruitment, training, development, performance management, succession planning, and leading change in a matrix, multi-cultural environment.

To be successful you will:

Functional Knowledge

• Understanding of Liquidity products and solution will be highly advantageous.
• Experience in managing a testing (UAT/PVT)
• Ability to write good quality business letters, emails, and reports.
• Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge appropriately.
• Ability to understand and interpret numeric data.
• Ability to maintain focus while working with voluminous data.
