Eligibility

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's preferably Master's from an HEC recognized institute/university (Professional certification will be an added advantage).
• Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.

Skills

• Project management, process re-engineering, gap analysis, and workflow optimization.
• Banking operations, products, and regulatory knowledge.
• Stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, project/process management tools, and Power BI.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant managerial experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading process re-engineering and improvement projects from initiation to implementation.
• Identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Conducting process mapping and gap analysis while developing To-Be processes and SOPs.
• Coordinating cross-functional initiatives to drive timely implementation, cost efficiency, productivity, TAT reduction, and improved customer experience.
