In this role, you'll:


Work within our Operational Contracts Team within the Operational Performance & Improvement Branch of the Road Maintenance & Resilience division at Transport for NSW, with a focus on managing a range of contracts, subcontracts, and commercial leases across their lifecycle, including managing relationships with suppliers, driving ongoing improvements, and overseeing contract performance

This role will see you managing a small team, where you will also manage the full lifecycle of contracts including leading a large number of panels and contracts across the function.

You will proactively address commercial, contractual, operational, financial, reputational, ethical and supply chain risks associated with the contract, given their potentially high cost to the organisation.

About you


Your demonstrated experience in contract and panel management, with the ability to manage the full lifecycle of contracts will also ideally see you bringing experience in contract/commercial support of delivery/infrastructure projects.

You’re recognised for being a strong contract manager with experience in contract administration and have the ability to scrutinise a contract and provide commercial advice.

This is an Award Transport Grade 9 Permanent Full Time role based in Milsons Point in Sydney, with flexibility through our cutting-edge hybrid working model!.
